Beautiful, contemporary-style, detached house set in 1400 m² grounds, where the key words are: space, light, comfort, quality and accessibility (disabled). A place of well-being and harmony, 2 km from the Lézardrieux marina and 1.5 km from the small beach of Kermarquer. The beauty of the Trieux estuary leading to the Bréhat archipelago.
Your single-storey vacation rental includes: living room with fireplace and kitchen area, wc, 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200, 6 single beds 90x200), 2 bathrooms with shower, one with wc. Heating package €50/week. You can use the heated, covered swimming pool at Croas Hent farm from Easter to All Saints' Day. This swimming pool is not on the site of the gite in Pleudaniel but on the site of Lézardrieux where the owner has other gites (about 3km).
