It has its own entrance and independent terrace. The house features a very spacious, bright ground floor with fireplace. Near the D786, you're 2.5 km from the beautiful beaches of Erquy (capital of the coquille St Jacques) and 5 km from the seaside resort of Pléneuf-Val-André with its golf course, marine spa and casino. You're close to the GR34, various sailing schools and St Pabu beach (surfing, kiteboarding, sand yachting and paragliding). You can also discover the sites of Cap d'Erquy and Cap Fréhel. Ideally located for excursions to Le Mont St Michel (1H30), Ile de Bréhat and the Pink Granite Coast of Perros-Guirec (1 H), Dinan and St Malo (45 mn).
