Côte de granit Rose, 100 m from the beach, on the Landrellec peninsula, detached house set in grounds including a 2nd detached gîte n°22G120413 not overlooked, built in the style of a fisherman's cottage and decorated to a high standard. You'll enjoy being in the heart of the protected natural site of Landrellec, 2.5 km from Trégastel (golf, tennis, swimming pool, horse-riding, yacht club). Perros-Guirec 10 km.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: living room with kitchenette, bathroom with teak shower and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160, 2 single beds 90). Private 500 m² garden with parking, enclosed area with wooden terrace facing south, completely independent. Pets welcome in accordance with Gîtes de France charter and house rules. Only one animal accepted (dangerous category dogs refused). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Lavande Gîte adorable, très bien situé
Déjà venu l’année dernière, j’étais ravi de revenir. Très proche de la plage, laquelle est très calme en octobre, j’adore.
Des jolis balades à faire dans les environs. Restaurants proches très bons.

Nous revenons avec plaisir depuis de nombreuses années dans la location de Michele Duchene. La maison est idéalement située au bord des sentiers de promenades et de très belles plages. La location est hyper bien entretenue et il y a des améliorations faites encore chaque année par Mme Duchene. De plus, le petit jardin à l’arrière de la maison est bien clôturé et protégé du vent, très agréable pour manger dehors. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
