Then take a stroll through the authentic village of Le Quillio, 800 m away, which has been awarded the "Communes du Patrimoine Rural de Bretagne" label. And, more generally, there are plenty of sites to discover in the surrounding area: La Rigole d'Hilvern (hiking and V8 cycle route) 1.5 km away, La Maison des toiles de Saint Thélo 3 km away, ... Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a living room with fireplace, then a step leads to the dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 bedroom: 1 double bed. [90x190]. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms [1 double bed 140x190] [1 double bed 140x190] [3 single beds 90x190 including a cabin-style bunk bed], bathroom (shower, bath, wc). 2nd floor: 1 bedroom [ 1 double bed 160x200] with private bathroom (shower and wc). 3 extra beds available on request. To the rear of the gîte is a 375 m² private garden and to the gable is a 20 m² paved terrace. At the front, a courtyard and 610 m² shared courtyard with the adjoining property. Shared: secure swimming pool area (10x5m, 1.5m deep, open and heated from early May to late September, salt water treatment) and extensive grounds with outdoor play area, orchard and vegetable garden. Communal parking is located at the entrance to the property before the gate.
