Fiber optic internet access Cottage on the ground floor slightly raised of this big house where a second rental is planned at first floor for the 2013 season. Enjoy the peace of the place where you will appreciate : kiwi, vegetable garden, home-made cider, apiculture ... Halfway from Brest and St Malo, you have an access to many leisure activities present in Carhaix, 25 km away : tree climbing, hedge maze, 9 hole golf ... but also the valley of the saints in Carnoët, 8 km away , the gorges of Corong, 4 km away, the house of the Epagneul Breton in Callac, 5 km away and the canal de Nantes à Brest.

4/5visite de la région entre amis, nous nous sommes beaucoup déplacés et avons retrouvé chaque jour notre gite avec plaisir pour un peu de repos.

5/5It was a perfect location in that it gave us the opportunity to visit family members who live locally. It is also central to many places of interest for a young family to visit.
The host and hostess were extremely kind and very helpful. They were always available should you want them but complete privacy was respected. The gite is very clean and comfortable and has ample parking space.- Cleanliness 5/5

Belle location
5/5Nous avons passés un très bon séjour à Saint servais le gite est très agréable idem pour celui du haut nous étions un groupe d amis de 8 personnes nous en avons bien profités malgré une météo mitigée les propriétaires sont des personnes bien sympathiques.
