This fisherman's cottage, ideally located 100 m from the beach on the Landrellec peninsula, 2.5 km from Trégastel town center and close to a protected natural site, will win you over with its privileged location and warm decor. The GR34 coastal path is just opposite the house. Independent 62 m² gîte ideal for a couple with 2 children. Michèle, the owner, offers a second independent gite on the same site, -Le bruit de la mer- reference 22G120414, recommended if you are 2 couples. The nearest shops are in the center of Trégastel, a 5-minute drive away. Also 2.5 km away: an 18-hole golf course, horse-riding, tennis and the Forum de la mer indoor heated seawater pool, open all year round. The exceptional site of Ploumanac'h in Perros-Guirec is 8 km away.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor:
33 m² living room with open kitchen, 6 m² bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms, one with 1 bed 140x190 and 2 smaller ones with 1 bed 90x190 each.
Ideal for a couple or 2 Kids, thanks to its 2 small single bedrooms.
Private garden of 500 m², enclosed area on east side with small wooden terrace garden. On the parking side, the garden is not enclosed.
South-facing wooden terrace with small Sea view, east-facing 2nd terrace with garden furniture, enclosed area with bike sheds.
Baby equipment on request: 1 Umbrella bed, 1 high chair, 1 bathtub (no safety barrier on stairs for young children). Your pet is welcome according to the charter and house rules. 1 dog only allowed (dangerous dogs not allowed).

Christine 100 mètres de la mer
La petite maison est aménagée avec soin. Elle offre toutes les commodités. Il y a deux terrasses, une pour le soleil du matin et une pour le soleil du soir. Michèle, notre hôtesse, nous a fourni toutes les informations intéressantes sur les restaurants, les magasins, les marchés, etc. La communication avec elle était parfaite !
Pour aller à la plage, il faut marcher une minute. L'emplacement est génial ! Nous y étions fin mars et avions la plage pour nous seuls le soir.
Tregastel est à quelques minutes en voiture. On y trouve plusieurs endroits sympas, même hors saison. Il y a un parking juste devant la maison.
Les chambres à coucher se trouvent au premier étage, l'une a un lit double et les deux autres des lits simples. Nous avons très bien dormi et la nuit, nous avons entendu le bruit de la mer :-)- Cleanliness

Très beau séjour sur un site emblématique avec une multitude d’activité liées à la mer et au littoral en proximité immédiate avec d’infinies possibilités. Site idéal pour renouer avec la nature et savourer les charmes d’un site protégé.

Séjour au top dans ce gîte très propre,très bien agencé et très confortable à tous niveaux,surtout avec le soleil durant nos vacances. Literie parfaite.

Wir konnten zum wiederholten Male in der Unterkunft zu Gast sein und haben hier 14 wunderbare Tage in der Bretagne verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für den Urlaub braucht. Der Empfang und die Übergabe durch die ausgesprochen freundliche Gastgeberin verlief absolut unkompliziert. Wir können hier eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aussprechen und sind auch zukünftig gern wieder zu Gast.

MP Ferienhaus Landrellec Plage - sehr gute Lage
Die Unterkunft liegt 1 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Landschaftlich eine tolle Gegend. Wir konnten bei Flut im klaren Wasser schwimmen und schnorcheln. Bei Ebbe konnten wir zwischen den Felsen und rund um die Felseninseln allerlei kleine Fische, Krabben und Garnelen beobachten und viele Muschel- und Schneckenhäuser sammeln. Ein Paradies für Kinder und naturinteressierte Erwachsene. Das Haus selbst hatte alles was wir benötigten, das Bad war modern, die Küche war ordentlich ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer unterm Dach waren recht klein aber für unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Garten ist mit Sitz- und Liegemöbeln ausgestattet und völlig eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sicheren Freigang hatte. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen, da auch die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist.
