This charmingly renovated house will seduce you with its breathtaking view over the island of Bréhat and its proximity to hiking trails (GR 34). From every room in the gîte, you can contemplate the exceptional panorama of the Trieux estuary, the Bréhat archipelago and Pomelin Bay, and live to the rhythm of the tides. The gîte is located 100 m from the beach, between the Sillon du Talbert and the mouth of the Trieux, 1 km from the town of Lanmodez, 5 km from Pleubian and 15 km from Paimpol. Sailing, fishing, horseback riding. Rich rural and maritime heritage.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: fitted kitchen area, living room with fireplace (insert), shower room, separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160x200 bed and 2 x 80x200 beds that can be twinned to form 1 x 160x200 bed. Baby equipment: wooden bed, chair, bathtub. Small private courtyard and garden (105 m²). Many children's books and games.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte tout confort, très bien agencé et décoré avec goût. La vue sur la mer est splendide aussi bien du séjour/cuisine que des chambres. La cheminée est un plus qui rend les soirées encore plus chaleureuses. Le gîte est tout proche des sentiers de randonnées le long de la côte et est situé dans un endroit très calme. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très attentionnés. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location très bien située pour visiter les sites remarquables (Ile de Bréhat, Paimpol, Tréguier...).
