Located in the small town of Plouer/Rance, semi-detached from the owners, beautiful spacious gîte with a sunny garden. Formerly used as a sawmill and cider farm, this house has been in the same family for 5 generations and has recently been transformed into a comfortable home for your vacations. Places to visit: medieval town of Dinan 11 km away and St Malo 23 km.

Your vacation rental comprises on ground floor: large living room with kitchen-dining-living area, bathroom with shower and toilet accessible for people with reduced mobility. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds 140x190) decorated in Nordic style, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. Floor 2: Large mezzanine with 2 single beds (90x190) for children, small reading corner and TV. 27 m² terrace and lawn. Fully equipped telecommuting space (office type).

    Beau et bon séjour

    Nous avons séjourné un WE prolongé. Le gîte est idéalement localisé, à mi chemin entre DINAN et DINARD. Déplacements facilités par les pistes cyclables et véloroute.
    Très bon accueil du propriétaire.
    Le gite est bien équipé et joliment rénové.

    En effet, le gîte est à deux pas (et deux roues !) de pistes cyclables, véloroutes et chemins de randos.
    Le beau temps en cette mi-avril est idéal pour découvrir et revenir dans notre belle région.

    Gîte bien situé pour visiter toute la région

    Merci à Elisabeth.
    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le gîte La Ville Onzaine, un gîte avec 3 belles chambres et un dortoir apprécié des enfants.

    Quelques légers points seraient à rénover mais le gîte reste tout a fait agréable pour 8 personnes : couverts et vaisselles en nombre suffisant.

    Le gîte est très bien placé pour visiter la région : Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale etc...

    Belle Bretagne

    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré le temps incertain. Le seul bémol c'est le chauffage. Nous avons eu très froid et les radiateurs de la maison sont très consommateurs d'énergie et nous n'avions droit qu'à 8kwh par jour.
