In the heart of the countryside, between Dinan and Dinard, between Baie de Beaussais and Vallée du Frémur, Henri Pierre and Monique welcome you to this 1729 country house surrounded by a pleasant garden. You might as well know that they're looking forward to welcoming you, as sharing and exchange are innate to them. Radiant with friendliness, they'll be happy to guide you in the right direction. Just 7 km away, the sea reveals itself in the Baie de Beaussais, where the tides come and go, a real treat when you follow the GR34 customs path. The peninsula and resort of St Jacut de la Mer, 10 km away, offers a range of contrasting landscapes, sometimes between turquoise and emerald on the Ebihens Archipelago. Other emblematic resorts such as St Cast Le Guildo or Lancieux are close by: 20 km and 8 km. But let's not forget the banks of the Frémur or Rance rivers as you head down to the town of Dinan (14 km), a city of art and history, or the small town of Léhon (17 km).

In this beautiful farmhouse, a Family Unit awaits you on the first floor. The left-hand landing is private and leads to: a 1st bedroom (blue tones) with a 2-person 160x200 bed (Tv), a 2nd bedroom (pink-red tones) with a 2-person 140x190 bed and a very good quality extra bed (Tv), a shower room with basin and bath (to be used as a shower), a separate toilet with washbasin.
On the ground floor, in the living room with wood-burning stove, you'll enjoy breakfast with homemade products such as jams, marmalades, compotes, pastries, eggs... and why not on the terrace in fine weather! Garden furniture on the paved terrace, relaxation area in the garden with hammocks.
In a corner of the garage, you'll have access to a fridge and can store bicycles. Parking on the property.
