On the heights of Binic, in a small residential cul-de-sac, the Villa du Château Croc is the ideal place to stay on the Côte de Goélo: spacious, light-filled rooms, designer furniture, excellent bedding, refined decoration... all the criteria for an exceptional vacation...The south-facing terrace, well sheltered and not overlooked, is ideal for moments of relaxation and conviviality... You'll feel so comfortable here that you'll hesitate to go out... and yet, you'll quickly reach the beach at La Banche, 1.2 km away, with its playground and bowling green extending as far as the marina. Enjoy a coffee break or refreshment in one of the many cafés/restaurants lining the quays and leading down to the beach at the outer harbor, from where you can also access the GR34. Great walks in prospect. 9 km from the fishing and yachting port of St-Quay-Portrieux.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Ainsi que sa disponibilité.
Agréablement surpris par la propreté et la qualité du lieu.
Grand garage, cellier, cuisine spacieuse et très bien équipée.
Salon, séjour spacieux est lumineux, avec en prime la salle Babyfoot.
Les chambres sont spacieuse avec en prime, une literie de qualité et d un confort rarement vue.
La situation est idéale pour les sa tranquillité.
A proximité (3 mn) en voiture, du port, centre de Binic-Étables-sur-Mer.

JP Colombel La Villa du Château Croc
le gite est magnifique, spacieux, décoré avec gout et très bien situé dans un lotissement calme et à un 1 km environ du port de Binic et de ses commerces.
Nous sommes trois couples de seniors à y avoir séjourné en ce mois de septembre, chacun a pu apprécier le confort et l'équipement de cette maison ainsi que la disponibilité et l'amabilité du propriétaire.

En famille Superbe maison
La villa du Château Croc est une très belle maison, avec de belles prestations, dans un endroit calme. Idéale pour un séjour en famille.
Il y a une belle terrasse amenagée et agrémentée d’un beau jardin.

VDS Semaine de vacances familiales a Binic
UNe belle semaine de vacances en famille dans cette maison spacieuse et tres bien agencee pour que chacun y trouve toujours son espace. On y est tellement bien qu'on n'a pas besoin d'en sortir. (parfait pour els jours de pluie. Et les environs proposent plein d'activites, de belles balades et de visites interessantes
