Take the "sentier des douaniers" (customs path), which leads from Plage de la Banche to the heart of Binic, and don't miss the Thursday morning market. 9.5 km away, the seaside resort of St-Quay-Portrieux awaits you, with its harbours, casino and the famous GR34 running along the coast. The Ajoncs d'Or golf course is 6 km away. The port of St-Quay-Portrieux, 10 km away, offers boat rentals for a seaside getaway.

Children will love the trampoline, and the guinguette area is ideal for evenings spent playing boules. Situated in a small housing estate, the villa is equipped with a noise sensor to guarantee peace and quiet in the evenings (outdoors).

The exterior features a 60 m² shared courtyard, a private area with synthetic lawn, two 60 m² terraces, a 5-seater spa and a bowling green. The indoor swimming pool (8x4 m), heated to 29°C, located in an annex adjacent to the owners' terrace, is open from 10am to 7:30pm. It is equipped with WC, shower and fitness facilities.
