In an old farmhouse with undeniable character, you'll now find 3 gîtes combining refinement and authenticity. 1 for 8 people (22G122075 - "La Villa") and 2 for 4 people each (22G122076 and22G122077 - "Lodge 2 and Lodge 1"). Set in the Perros countryside, these accommodations naturally benefit from the tranquility of the surroundings and offer the rejuvenation you're looking for during your stay. The added bonus? a shared pool area in fine weather (optional linen rental (including pool towels)). It's all about sharing and conviviality! Manon and David have already put a lot of energy into reviving this estate, and there's more to come... From there, it's off to explore the Perros-Guirec resort and, more broadly, the magnificent Pink Granite Coast, the nugget of which is the village of Ploumanac'h, its little port, its beach, its coastal path and its famous lighthouse.

Your vacation home, adjoining another gite, consists of 3 levels:
First floor:
Dining area with living room, kitchen, laundry room and separate toilet.
1st floor:
-1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and private shower room (116x78 cm shower)
-1 shower room with 179x70 cm shower and WC,
-1 bedroom 2 beds 80x200 which can be twinned to 160x200
-1 bedroom 1 bed 160x200
2nd floor: 1 bedroom/mezzanine with 2 beds 80x200 that can be twinned to 160x200, a shower room with a 116x78 cm shower and separate WC.
Outside: a large 390 m² shared courtyard (electric gate and vehicle parking).
At the rear of the gite, a private lawn area (enclosed by 80 m² screens) and a large 40 m² wooden terrace (gas barbecue).
SWIMMING POOL 8mx4m - 1.5m deep, salt-treated, shared with 2 other homes on the estate, equipped with a dome, heated, covered and available from April to the end of October.
