Old stone house with character, in a small village on the back of the coast, semi-detached, spacious and comfortable. Just 3 km from the village with its shops and only 2 km from the sandy beaches of Binic, a pleasant little seaside town with its port, museum, heated swimming pool, restaurants and entertainment. Close to St-Quay-Portrieux and its deep-water port, renowned for its scallops and casino. Note: Tregomeur zoo 3 km away. 30 km from the pier to Ile de Bréhat. Halfway between Côte de Granit Rose, St-Malo and Mont-St-Michel.
Your vacation rental comprises first floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove, bathroom with shower, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Veranda opening onto terrace and private flower-filled courtyard with lawn area. Washing machine and dryer in shared outdoor laundry room. Private parking in courtyard.

Amatxi Un peu déçue
Deux points essentiels :
- La literie de la chambre à deux lits : il est impossible de regrouper les lits pour en faire un grand lit comme il m'avait été dit par la propriétaire au téléphone.
Le confort de la literie est très moyen.
- Les toilettes sont beaucoup trop bas et la salle d'eau beaucoup trop petite même pour une seule personne à la fois.
Accessoirement, la plaque gaz ne fonctionne que sur deux bruleurs au lieu de quatre, la machine à laver le linge est à l'extérieur à une centaine de mètres dans une prairie... bof...
