Rented in a completely renovated house, typical of St Quay, access is from the street, through a small door where you will walk along an alleyway leading to the gite and there... Surprise! You'll find your rental set back from the street, beautifully furnished and well-maintained, with its own private lawn and terrace.

- Raised first floor: living room, lounge, separate fitted and equipped kitchen, separate toilet with washbasin, bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room.
- Garden level: accessed via a spiral staircase located in the ground-floor bedroom. Bedroom (2 beds 90x190) with toilet and direct access to outside. Outside: 13 m² terrace with electric barbecue and 20 m² lawn area.
- Public parking in the street or at the port 400 m away.

    Bord de mer en famille

    C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfait !

    La maison est top, à 2min à pied du port. Avec boulangerie, supérette, poissonnerie, bars, restaurants à qq mètres. La maison est dans une ruelle très calme tout en étant en centre ville et le jardin est un gros plus aussi.

    Nous étions avec nos enfants de 2 ans et 3 mois et la proximité immédiate avec la mer et une aire de jeux était forte appréciable. Il y a le nécessaire pour les enfants en bas âge ce qui évite de transporter tout le matériel.

    Je recommande fortement, très bon rapport qualité prix.

    Très calme tout en étant au centre de saint quay .
    Aucun bruit !
    Plage de la comtesse à 5 minutes à pied !
    Séjour parfait à la venelle .
    Cerise sur le gâteau le bouillon paradis !

    Vacances

    Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, merci pour les petites attentions.Gite confortable et d'une grande propreté, joliment décoré. Bien situé, proche commerces, port et restaurants . Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré une météo maussade.

    Très agréable séjour à "la venelle" charmante location bien aménagée et équipée, à la décoration soignée. Très propre, calme, on s'y sent bien.
