Your apartment on the 1st floor of a character building (no lift) includes: a living room with kitchen area, a bedroom (1 double bed 140x190), a bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin, a toilet separate. Duplex mezzanine: one bedroom (2 single beds 90x190). No washing machine. Set back from the street, access via a large gravelled courtyard. Pass card for access to city car parks provided by the owners, including a car park 4 minutes walk from the apartment. In the historic center of Dinan, in the middle of half-timbered houses dating from the Middle Ages, here is a building of character with a turret at the end of a courtyard far from the hustle and bustle of the street. You will discover an apartment for 4 people decorated with care and completely renovated, allowing access on foot to the tourist and cultural riches of the city, while leaving easy access to the coast. There is so much to do and see in the city: basilica, towers, ramparts, castles, museum, shops, restaurants, galleries, guided tours, port, ... but also on the coast: Lancieux, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale, ... Between the two: the banks of the Rance and its cruise ships for the pleasure of walking and strolling. In short, for all tastes, for all ages, a stay that promises to be very pleasant.

Une très bonne adresse !
5/5Gite très agréable, confortable, idéalement situé dans le centre historique. Tout est à portée de marche sur les pavés : les nombreuses bonnes tables, les commerces,et le port sur la Rance. Le propriétaire, très sympathique, est de bon conseil.

5/5Außer dass es etwas komplizierter war, mit dem Auto den Weg durch die verkehrsberuhigten Altstadtgässchen zu finden, war alles perfekt.

Excellent séjour
5/5Le gîte est cosy et confortable, très bien équipé et pensé. Situé en plein centre historique, proche des commerces et restaurants, il est pourtant au calme. Bien se faire guider pour accéder au gîte (Mappy est plus fiable que Waze sur ce point) mais une fois la voiture garée au parking fourni par les propriétaires, on peut l'oublier, à moins de rayonner dans les environs selon les suggestions de Guy et de son épouse. Leur accueil est charmant.

Au coeur de Dinan, un bel endroit de villégiature
5/5Le lieu d'abord: un gîte dans un bâtiment ancien, en plein cœur du centre historique de Dinan. Il faut braver quelques sens interdits pour y accéder mais ce n'est pas labyrinthe non plus. AU 1er étagé, belle pièce de vie (grande hauteur sous plafond) avec une cuisine neuve, bien pensée. Coin salon cosy avec un canapé confortable. A l'étage mezzanine avec 2 lits 1 place + petit coin salon.
Chambre parent confortable avec placard, commode, literie confortable. Salle de douche un peu exigüe mais c'est l'ancien qui veut ça. Tout est parfaitement propre et fonctionnelle. Le grand + : une place réservée dans l'un des parking souterrains de la ville.
L’accueil de notre hôte est des plus aimables. Souriant, blagueur, il sait nous mettre à l'aise. Pas de procédure compliquée: l’accueil se fait facilement en 2 coups de fil.
Explications sur l'appartement, quelques pistes pour faciliter le quotidien et quelques idées d'activités. Le sourire est de mise !
