Your holiday apartment, on the first floor accessible by a staircase, includes: a large through room with living room, fitted kitchen with central island (accessible by a step from the living room) and its living room with view of the sea and the beach of Trestel at 10m . A bedroom with a 160*200cm bed, a separate WC and a shower room. Sleeping area (double bed 160cm) very attic upstairs (less than 1m80 under ceiling) accessible by a Japanese staircase. Private terrace at the back of the apartment facing south. Private parking space. How not to be tempted by this very comfortable apartment with this breathtaking view of the beautiful beach of Trestel? The shades of blue and green of the sea will seduce you for a stay in summer as in winter. You will appreciate the presence at the foot of the apartment of the beach of Trestel located at the edge of the D38, one of the most beautiful and largest in the sector which offers you many nautical activities. The GR34 will allow you to reach the wild coast (towards Penvenan and Plougrescant) or on the other side, the magnificent Côte de Granit Rose (towards Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel). Here again you will discover archipelagos of wild islets where the crystalline colors of the sea will remind you of exotic atolls. It's a stay closer to the sea, to the sound of the waves and feeling the spray that awaits you!

Magnifique endroit
5/5Quel bel endroit pour découvrir cette région de Bretagne! Accueil très sympathique avec informations complètes. Un appartement de grand confort avec une vue fantastique sur ciel, mer et plage. La cuisine est super équipée et nous a permis de cuisiner les bons produits régionaux, poissons, crustacés et les légumes bio de la ferme de saint-guénolé! Découverte de la région à pied sur le GR 34 et ballades en vélo dans l’arrière pays. Et, bien sûr, accès direct à la plage et bains de mer spontanés!
Les incontournables: Lannion, son marché et la table étoilée de l‘Anthocyane, les moules et les galettes du Breizh‘ilien, juste à côté, la ferme bio de saint-guenolé, la poissonnerie de Tréguier, le GR 34, entre Paimpol et Ploumanach, avec une mention particulière pour le secteur de Port-Blanc/ Buguélès.- Cleanliness 5/5

Superbe gîte avec vue magnifique
5/5C'est la location idéale ! Tout confort, spacieux, rien ne manque... On s'y sent comme à la maison. Et cette baie vitrée qui nous permet d'admirer cette vue magnifique, que du bonheur ! Nous y avons passé deux superbes semaines. L'emplacement de ce logement est vraiment idéal pour découvrir l'ensemble des Côtes d'Armor et de Granit Rose. Nous le recommandons sans souci. Et espérons y revenir dès que possible.
