Overlooking the port of Perros Guirec, in a green and relaxing environment, this 1,000 m² property comprises the owner's house, the villa Bellevue, and a well-appointed, independent studio. You'll enjoy a pleasant, light-filled living room, but the surface area is too small for a baby. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you'll appreciate La Secrète with its outdoor relaxation areas: what a luxury it is to dine on the terrace in the evening, decorated with majestic chandeliers... A short walk will take you to the marina, just 750 m away, where you'll find quayside shops and restaurants. The town center is 2.9 km away, and the beautiful beaches of Trestignel and Trestraou (nautical center, casino, thalasso, cinema....) are 3.8 km away. 6.7 km from the village of Ploumanac'h, voted France's favorite village in 2015, 9.7 km from Trégastel plage, 10 km from Lannion and 6.5 km from the Pleumeur Bodou golf course.
Your vacation rental comprises on one level: main room with fitted kitchenette, living room furnished with a sofa bed offering excellent sleeping comfort 160x200, (quality bed linen), shower room (Italian shower and toilet). Bathrobes provided. Linen service available on request. Private terrace with garden furniture adjoining the studio, with a second covered terrace offering a small view of the port. Parking on the property.

Comment exprimer notre avis concernant notre deuxième séjour au gîte «La Secrète » ?
C’était comme lors de notre première visite… Parfait !
Proximité des commerces tout en étant au calme.
Raffinement et qualité du gîte (linge de toilette, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine…).
La cuisine d’été avec vue sur le port et le jardin nous a permis de prendre les repas et de profiter pleinement de ce magnifique cadre.Merci François pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité.
Nous sommes ravis et reviendrons dès que possible.

Miline 88 Parfait !
Gite certes petit mais fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Quartier très calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse couverte et fermée avec vue mer, de quoi profiter même par temps gris ! Propriétaire très sympa et accueillant, des petits cadeaux nous attendaient à l'arrivée !
De belles balades à faire alentour, à pieds depuis la maison ou un peu plus loin en voiture.

fmc Charmant petit gîte.
Gîte petit, très calme mais parfait en couple, tout le confort, la qualité en plus. Parfait pour les ballades aussi à Perros Guirec et même un peu plus loin pour une jolie découverte de la région.
Merci encore à Monsieur Guichet pour sa discrétion, sa prévenance et ses petites attentions.

nous avons passé une trés belle semaine de vacances studio trés propre est trés bien situer pas loin des commerces,le port situé à 14 minutes propriétaire trés accueillant je conseille ce lieu sans hésitation nous avons pu visiter grace au soleil les granits rose le sentier des douaniers etc.... de trés belle visite à faire tout prés ce fut trés agréable
