Overlooking the port of Perros Guirec, in a green and relaxing environment, this 1,000 m² property comprises the owner's house, the villa Bellevue, and a well-appointed, independent studio. You'll enjoy a pleasant, light-filled living room, but the surface area is too small for a baby. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you'll appreciate La Secrète with its outdoor relaxation areas: what a luxury it is to dine on the terrace in the evening, decorated with majestic chandeliers... A short walk will take you to the marina, just 750 m away, where you'll find quayside shops and restaurants. The town center is 2.9 km away, and the beautiful beaches of Trestignel and Trestraou (nautical center, casino, thalasso, cinema....) are 3.8 km away. 6.7 km from the village of Ploumanac'h, voted France's favorite village in 2015, 9.7 km from Trégastel plage, 10 km from Lannion and 6.5 km from the Pleumeur Bodou golf course.
Your vacation rental comprises on one level: main room with fitted kitchenette, living room furnished with a sofa bed offering excellent sleeping comfort 160x200, (quality bed linen), shower room (Italian shower and toilet). MARTINE séjour dans les côtes d'Armor
nous avons eu un temps magnifique pour bien visiter les sites au alentours de Perros Guirec et quel plaisir de rentré bien fatiguer d'avoir randonné dans cette merveilleuse petite maison un havre de paix de tranquillité et un propriétaire bienveillant, un vrai petit paradis.

Agréable séjour dans le gîte "La Secrète" de François.
Gîte au top pour un couple.
Bien situé, aménagement optimisé malgré sa petite surface, propre et bien équipé.
Le plus c'est la véranda fermée pour y prendre ses repas ou pour un moment de détente avec vue sur le port.Le propriétaire est très sympa et très accueillant, bref vous l'avez compris nous recommandons ce gîte.

44 EXCELLENT
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à la Secrète avec le soleil et dans une belle région. Tout était parfait. Un propriétaire vraiment aux petits soins. Le gîte est très bien pour un couple, il ne manque rien, il est fonctionnel, aménagé avec goût et moderne. En plus nous pouvons profiter de l'annexe. Sans oublier le jardin avec sa magnifique vue sur le port. Encore MERCI et nous recommandons à 100% les yeux fermés.
