One of a kind! The Californian style of this villa in the hills above La Chèze is immediately striking at the end of the landscaped driveway. Inside, the sober, elegant decor enhances the spaciousness of the rooms. The terrace overlooks the village and pond. And the highlight is the Piscine area with its Pool House. A real treat when you return from your daily wanderings!
On foot, stroll through the village to discover the restored hexagonal tower, a vestige of the castle, the regional crafts museum housed in an old tannery along the Lié river, the pond and the various small shops. Last weekend in August, don't miss the Blues Festival 100m away!
On a wider scale, you'll be able to travel easily between La Manche and the Atlantic, and your escapades will take you to a number of small towns full of character. Quintin (30km), Moncontour (25km), Josselin (26km), Pontivy (25km), Rochefort en Terre (30km), and the Brocéliande Forest.

In one wing of the Bungalow, on the same level, you'll find L'Unité Familiale des Saisons, comprising 3 bedrooms (2x140x190 - "spring" & "autumn"- and 1x160x200 - "summer"- ) with private terraces and TV, a large bathroom (double washbasin, shower), separate toilet, and a corridor with a relaxation area/courtesy tray.
In the morning, breakfast will be served in the living room with home-made specialties such as crêpes, yoghurts, fruit salad from the orchard, etc.
A wooden terrace runs along the entire south-east side of the house, including the 3 bedrooms.
Under the house, a large garage is available for cars or motorcycles. There's even an enclosed room for recharging your bikes.
A little further down the property you'll find the Piscine area, where the pool house serves as a kitchen area accessible to all (fridge, freezer, crockery, hob, microwave, sink). The heated Piscine offers 5x12m of pool, 60cm to 1.67m deep, salt electrolysis.
