The owners have taken great care in building and furnishing the property: furniture and fittings have been created exclusively for the gîte, and the decor is refined, harmonious and warm.
The GR 34, less than a kilometer from the gîte, takes you to the customs trail and the now famous village of Ploumanach, voted France's favorite village in 2015!
There's no better base for your family to discover the jewels of the Pink Granite Coast: swimming in crystal-clear waters, fine sandy coves, cruising around the seven islands ....

Your vacation rental includes: on the first floor, a large, tastefully decorated living room with open, fully-equipped kitchen. A bedroom with two 80 cm beds that can be twinned to make a 160 cm bed, and a bedroom with a 160 cm bed. A shower room, separate toilet and laundry room. Upstairs: bedroom with 160cm bed, shower room and separate WC. Outside: 40 m² terrace accessible from the living room and 100 m² enclosed garden. 80 m² courtyard at the rear of the gîte with car port.

Julia S. Two weeks at La Rose des Sables
My German-Canadian family (four adults) spent two weeks in July at La Rose des Sables. We have stayed at a number of comparable rentals in the area, and this one was our favourite by far! It is modern, clean, and extremely well-equipped (you can really cook here, if that's what you're into!). At the same time the house has real charm, with a beautiful terrace and a peaceful back yard. The owners were lovely. The location is fantastic - a short walk to trails, beaches, and the village centre with its restaurants and stores. Could not recommend more highly!

N.W. Eines der besten Häuser die wir bisher angemietet
Es war der perfekte Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter war super nett, das Haus sehr schön aufgeteilt, es war alles vorhanden was man zum gelegentlichen Kochen braucht. Der Garten mit Sitzmöbeln und Liegen wurde gerne benutzt. Die Lage ist äußerst ruhig in einer Sackgasse, trotzdem ist dss Zentrum zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen fußläufig etreichbar, ebenso die Strände. Wir würden sofort wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Außergewöhnlich schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus.
Ausstattung hervorragend. Wirklich alles vorhanden.
Ruhige Lage mit wunderschönem gepflegten Garten und schönen Gartenmöbeln.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Nette Vermieter.
Selten so ein tolles Ferienhaus gesehen.
