A fully renovated former workers' canteen, this detached Holiday cottage offers a comfortable stay in a natural, verdant setting. Situated on the banks of the Jaudy, on 1.6 hectares of land, with a shared entrance and a common area with the owners who live on site. Enjoy Hiking and Fishing directly on site.
Just 400 m away, the yacht club offers canoe and kayak rentals, as well as stand-up paddle lessons.
Shops are 600 m away in the City (mini-market, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, post office, etc.).
The pleasures of the Sea are within easy reach: just 13 km away, discover the magnificent beach of Trestel in Trévou-Tréguignec, and 14 km away, let yourself be seduced by the wild peninsula of Buguélès in Penvénan. Just 7 km away, explore Tréguier, a town full of character, or Pontrieux, a charming little city with its Marina and famous laundries.

MCA Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent Séjour chez Nicolas et son épouse. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Tout a été parfait. Le logement est conforme à la description : mobilier moderne, très agréable, très propre. Tout était bien organisé pour notre arrivée. Il y a un grand espace devant la maison très calme où l'on peut se reposer.
La location est bien située dans un joli petit village d'où l'on peut accéder à de très beaux sites.
Je recommande vivement cette location.

Le trieux Mauvaise isolation
Cette maisonnette est dans un endroit charmant près d’une rivière, en inter saison au niveau isolation il y a de bons radiateurs, pas contre trop chaud dès que les températures montent au premier étage sous les soupentes la température devient un très gros problème !
Le propriétaire devra installer une petite Clim c’est impératif.- Cleanliness

T'chi Breton Havre de paix
Petit Havre de paix au bout du chemin.
Excellent accueil des propriétaires, un gite très bien aménagé au calme on attends que les oiseaux...
Il est le départ d'une très bonne randonnée.
On y reviendra sans soucis.Il ne manque juste une borne electrique.

Trédern Séjour à La Roche Jaudy
Monsieur et Madame Brass nous ont très bien accueilli. Le gîte est très agréable et très bien équipé, dans un cadre verdoyant. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tous les détails pour assurer à leurs hôtes un séjour de qualité. L'accès aux circuits pédestres est immédiat et, en voiture, il est facile d'accéder aux sites touristiques environnants. Merci pour les spécialités bretonnes.
