On the Emerald Coast, this wooden house will win you over at first sight.
Bathed in light thanks to its large windows, it opens directly onto a beautiful wooden terrace and enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying the sunny days.
As for its location, you're just a stone's throw from the Sea.
The Holiday cottage will give you privileged access to the pleasures of the Beach with those of Le Vauver (0.6 km), Le Ruet (0.9 km) and La Pissotte (2.3 km).
From here, you can follow the GR34 hiking trail.
Nearby, you can visit the seaside resort of St Cast Le Guildo (12 km), Dinard and its grand belle époque villas (14 km), the famous corsair town of St Malo (21 km) or the medieval city of Dinan (20 km).
Last but not least, Mont St Michel (66 km) is the must-see of your stay.

jillbioskop Séjour au bout des Côtes d'Armor
Un accueil parfaitet un propriétaire à l'écoute et arrangeant ( horaire d'arrivée, conseil de sortie, horaire des marées). La maison est bien équipée et très agréable, jolie déco. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'extérieur car la période ( janvier ) et la météo ne l'ont pas permis . La région est magnifique .

Dede Enttäuschend
Sympathischer Vermieter,verantwortungsvolles Verhalten in Bezug auf Gatteis, Sturm usw. - es gab immer eine Nachricht als Warnung - Vorbildlich.
Leider war das Haus sehr ungepflegt. Das Geschirr nicht sauber, auf jeder Ablage dicker Staub und absolut unsaubere, streifige Fenster. Zum Kochgeschirr keine passenden Deckel. Im Kühlschrank Schimmel, ebenso in der Waschmaschine.
Wir haben so gut es ging gesäubert und desinfiziert - trotzdem haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Sehr schade, wenn ein Urlaub so beginnt.
Gerne hätten wir dem freundlichen Vermieter eine gute Bewertung für sein Haus erteilt, doch sorry, das ist leider unmöglich - dafür waren zu viele Punkte nicht in Ordnung.- Cleanliness

Très bon séjour, maison confortable et bien équipée. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. La région est magnifique : saint Jacut, saint cast, saint Malo, dinard...
Ménage pas nickel (poussière et fenêtres) et lits de la chambre enfants trop petits pour des ados.- Cleanliness

Annick et Etienne Belle découverte
Très beau gîte, confortable. Belle déco ce qui ne gâche rien.
Belle découverte de la région (Dinard, Dinan, Saint Malo,Cap Frèhel...), sans oublié Saint Jacut de la Mer. Coup de coeur pour la pointe de cette presqu’île (pointe du chevet) qui est superbe et appaisante.
Commerces à Proximité.
Merci à Sébastien pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation.
