In a lovely old stone farmhouse, this gîte adjoins the owner's home and offers spacious accommodation. It's easy for everyone to find their own place to relax in this house, which has been carefully refurbished and decorated by Christelle. Before slipping into the SPA bubbles, there's no shortage of local walks, starting with the famous Vallée des Saints at 800 m! Close to the Finistère border, this region abounds in forests, valleys, chapels and calvaries, all of which will enhance your outings. Other attractions include the Gorges de Corong, 15 km away, and the Maison de l'épagneul breton in Callac, 11.5 km away, not forgetting the many lakes and the Nantes-Brest canal. For the more active and energetic, Carhaix, 15k m away, offers a 9-hole golf course, an aqualudic area, a sports and orienteering trail, an adventure trail and a plant maze, an equestrian center, a cultural center, etc. Welcome to Pays du Poher!

Your vacation rental includes on the first floor: A SPA (5 pers.) closed at night with independent access from the outside, herbal tea corner and connected speaker, shower, washbasin, toilet. A large living room/kitchen (with TV and radio) opening onto the private terrace, a living room/veranda also opening onto the private terrace, a shower room with shower, a separate toilet, a corridor/laundry room. Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms (2 beds 90x190, 2 beds 140x190), shower room, separate toilet, dressing room, sitting room with TV at the end of the mezzanine. At the rear of the gîte: private area comprising an 80 m² gravelled courtyard (parking area), an 80 m² lawn and a 33 m² tiled terrace, all overlooking the surrounding fields and Breton countryside.
