The Holiday cottage combines old-world charm with modern comforts in a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. Bathroom linen provided, tea towels, cleaning products, toilet paper, toiletries are also provided and a few ingredients are at your disposal: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, some spices, coffee, coffee filters, sugar. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the historic center. To make sure you enjoy your stay without worrying about parking, we have a private garage just for you, close to the Holiday cottage. We'll give you all the information you need on the day of your arrival.
On the 1st floor of our house, with independent access, this 69 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and a baby.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable two nights stay at La petite tour du Jerzuel and we thoroughly recommend it. The gite is in a great, central location in Dinan on the beautiful old Rue du Jerzuel, a perfect location for exploring the town and surrounding area. The gite itself is beautifully clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with lots of helpful local information available. It was very helpful to be able to park right outside the property and access was straightforward.

Alphonse Un petit cocon au cœur de Dinan
Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour la Petite Tour du Jerzual. Située en plein centre historique de Dinan, elle nous a offert tout le confort nécessaire et une atmosphère accueillante. C'est le pied-à-terre idéal pour découvrir le nord-est de la Bretagne.

N Casement Superb
Beautiful apartment, located right in the heart of historic Dinan.
Despite being so central it is incredibly peaceful - we awoke each morning to the wonderful sound of green woodpeckers calling !
We found it the perfect base for our holiday, allowing us to enjoy the relaxed and uncrowded atmosphere of Dinan and its surrounding countryside, but still be within easy reach of the coast and major attractions.
Thank you Véronique for being a super host and letting us share your wonderful property, we hope to visit again soon!

olivier agréable séjour
Notre 2 ieme séjour, le gîte est toujours aussi agréable, jolie décoration , emplacement calme et à deux pas du centre. La literie est confortable et la place de parking à proximité très pratique.

Cat Parfait
Très bel appartement d'une propreté exceptionnelle dans lequel tout est pensé pour le bien-être et le confort. Accueil adorable. Nuits très calmes. Gîte très bien placé pour la visite de Dinan et ses lieux de gourmandise. Promenade très agréable le long de la Rance avec soleil en prime. Que du bonheur ! Merci Véronique
