In a small hamlet on the banks of the Rance river, you'll fall under the spell of this stone house, where everything has been meticulously designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with its cosy decor. After your walks and discoveries, you'll enjoy relaxing in the softly lit living room. Upstairs, the beautiful exposed beams lend a stylish ambience to the bedroom, which boasts excellent bedding. The owners, who live on site, will be happy to advise you on their favorite places to stay. 3 km from the village of Plouër Sur Rance, 7 km from Dinan, a pretty town full of character, 25 km from St Malo and only 49 km from Mont Saint-Michel.

Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: living room with small kitchenette. Upstairs: a large mezzanine bedroom (1 bed 180x200), shower room (shower cubicle and toilet). The interior layout is not suitable for babies. The gîte is not equipped with a washing machine, but if required, the owners will do the laundry for you. Courtyard terrace (28 m²) with parking available. Alternatively, parking is available in front of the owners' house.
