Relaxation is the order of the day in this trendy new gîte, which boasts ITS OWN PRIVATE INDOOR SPA! Régine and Didier have just completed this second 2-person gîte. The first is opposite their house, on the same property, all on a dairy farm that Didier will show you around on request. For your escapades on the Côte d'Emeraude, the location is top-notch! From the Ploubalay countryside you'll find the sea 3 km away, Saint Jacut de la mer and its Pointe du Chevet 9 km, Saint Cast le Guildo and Saint Malo 17 km and Dinard 14 km. But don't forget to head down to Dinan and Léhon, 17 km away along the Rance river, pearls of medieval heritage. Those who haven't yet discovered Mont Saint Michel can do so 64 km away.
Your vacation rental comprises on one level: a living room with kitchen leading -without door- to the Spa area and bedroom (a 180x200 double bed, which can be split into 2 90x200 single beds on request), in the middle is the closed bathroom with shower and basin, a separate toilet with hand-washer, a storage cupboard with washing machine.
For your comfort: 2 terraces of 12 m² each (one to the north, the other to the south), a 500 m² garden, a 200 m² gravelled driveway with private parking space.
To the right of the Holiday cottage is the owners' storage shed.
In summer, there's no need to worry about driving up on Saturdays, as weekly bookings are made FRIDAY TO FRIDAY. Outside summer, SHORT STAYS are possible.

le Gite est très bien situé et très bien équipé et ce fut un très agréable séjour breton pour nous deux.
le propriétaire est de bon conseil et sincèrement discret tout en étant disponible pour nous si besoin.
le spa est vraiment de qualité et c'est un vrai plus dans cette habitation.
Si nous devions émettre un bémol, et c'est très subjectif, c'est la literie qui n'était pas assez confortable pour nous.
à conseiller sans retenue.
Notre coup de cœur complémentaire c'est les crêpes maison de la boulangerie au fournil d'aurélie a Beaussais sur mer ,Un régal!!- Cleanliness

Gîte très bien conçu, beau, très propre et bien équipé.
Propriétaires très agréables et de bons conseils pour les visites.
Situation géographique très appréciable par rapport à la proximité de beaux sites à découvrir.

sanddav Tranquillité et Détente
Nous avons apprécié fortement notre séjour. Le logement est impeccable, tranquille. Le cadre est propice à la détente, au dépaysement. Le Spa est un plus très appréciable. (Spa nettoyé et eau changée à chaque nouvelle location).
Accueil du propriétaire parfait, à l'image du logement, rien à redire. Très discret mais réactif à nos demandes.
La visite de la ferme a été un plus très instructif.
Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter les villes et villages aux alentours (moins de 30 minutes : Saint Lunaire, Saint Malo, Dinan..... et pleins d'autres).
On y retournera.
