Welcome to this well-appointed apartment on the 1st floor of a historic house in Guingamp - one of Brittany's oldest timber-framed houses in the heart of this small city of character. Leave your car behind and stroll through the town on foot to discover its cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, 15th-century fortified castle, Notre Dame de Bon Secours basilica, the GwinZegal art center in the unique setting of La Prison, the banks of the Trieux river... On the entertainment front: the Saint Loup festival in Guingamp; the Festival de la danse bretonne in August; a match at the Roudourou stadium to support EAG! Looking for a breath of fresh air? The seaside resorts of St Quay Portrieux, Binic- Etables sur Mer are 30 km away; the port of Paimpol and Beauport Abbey are 35 km away... Your apartment in this 15th-century timber-framed house on the 1st floor comprises: fitted kitchen, living room, sitting room with through-lighting; bathroom with washbasin, bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with en-suite shower room; 12 m2 terrace with courtyard view. Car parking is available on the Place du Centre (free) opposite the house, or in the Saint Sébastien parking lot 300 m away; the station is a 15-minute walk away. Enter on the street side, to the left of the pottery, through a corridor currently being renovated, and up the historic staircase.

Claude Bernard Séjour sous le charme
Le gîte exerce un charme fou dès l'entrée.Le caractère ancien du bâti, le goût avec lequel il a été préservé et le confort de l'aménagement en font un lieu où on se sent immédiatement à l'aise et gratifié pour peu qu'on soit sensible aux vieilles pierres.
Son propriétaire nous accueille avec une chaleur facilitatrice et propose sa disponibilité pour toute question supplémentaire.

Superyannou Séjour Maison Gousset
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte est idéalement situé au coeur du centre ville. Le logement est aménagé avec beaucoup de charme, très agréable et parfaitement conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Tout est particulièrement soigné et fonctionnel.
L’accueil a été de grande qualité. La literie est très confortable, ce qui garantit de très bonnes nuits bien au chaud.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Maison Gousset :
- l'appartement est sain et rénové avec goût.
- tout est fourni ce qui est agréable : il ne reste que les valises à poser.
- l'appartement est bien équipé : il y a même une crêpière et un plongeur mixeur.
- l'accueil, la discrétion et la flexibilité de Vincent sont appréciables.
- idéalement situé en centre ville avec un parking au pied de la maison.C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix que nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Terre et Mer Un appartement cosy
Accueil parfait du propriétaire.
Appartement décoré avec goût et agréable pour un séjour.
Un seul bémol :ce sont les oreillers un peu trop gros.
Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied.
