The transformation of La Maison de Marie in Perros-Guirec is unfolding with great elegance. This project to restore this beautiful building in La Clarté and turn it into
a fully equipped guesthouse was very close to Daniel’s heart. The dream has come true, and the result is enchanting—from the attention to detail and comfort to the touches that will make your stay here truly unique. The charming "Notre Dame de la Clarté" chapel, known for its August 15th pilgrimage, is just 200 meters away. From there, all the leisure activities and pleasures of the most famous resort in the Côtes-d’Armor are at your disposal! Casino, thalassotherapy, Cinema, beaches, harbors, restaurants, and sightseeing boats to explore the 7 Islands.
La Maison de Marie is now open on the first floor, and 2 Bed and breakfast rooms are waiting for you with elevator access! The 2 rooms are spacious, with TV, a 160x200 double bed and en-suite shower room with basin and toilet. The Côté Jardin room faces south, with PMR access. The Côté Mer room, north-west facing, with a view of the coastline and the Sea. On the first floor: a kitchen-dining-living room is available. Morning breakfast in the ground-floor sitting area, featuring home-made and local products (crêpes, jams, pastries, etc.). On-site café-boutique-bar just for you. Electric bike hire: €25 per day, €15 per 1/2 day. Enclosed private parking shared by guests and owners.

On the 1st floor, this "Ar Guer" Family Unit has its own corridor distributing: the Côté Nature bedroom (1 double bed 160x200, Tv, courtesy tray), the Côté Village bedroom (1 double bed 180x200 which can be split into 2 single beds 90x200 on request, Tv, courtesy tray), a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet, another independent toilet.

Dans la belle maison, Daniel vous accueil, conseille les bonnes adresses et tous les beaux endroits de la région, à découvrir du bord de mer à la campagne, pour cause Daniel est un enfant du pays.

Un peu à l'écart, donc merveilleusement calme, et pourtant tous les pertinents
Sentier de randonnée facilement accessibles à pied.Petit-déjeuner très sympathique et individuel par le propriétaire. Grâce à Daniel, nous avons pu améliorer nos connaissances rudimentaires en français et avoir un aperçu de la culture bretonne. Merci pour la merveilleuse semaine 9.-16.7.0

Wir waren als Paar zwischen dem 22.6.-28.6.2026 in dieser tollen Unterkunft.
Sehr liebevoller Gastgeber, welcher uns für unseren Aufenthalt tolle Tipps gab, die Region bestens kennen zu lernen. Immer sehr zuvorkommend.
Großes und modernes Zimmer. Die Unterkunft lag ideal für unsere Entdeckungsausflüge.Obwohl unsere französische Sprachkenntnisse kaum vorhanden sind, hat sich Eigentümer Daniel die größte Mühe gegeben, uns alles irgendwie verständlich zu erklären.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, toll, gepflegt und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Parken direkt am Haus möglich.
Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Ein absolutes Komfort-Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. SUPER LECKER und vielseitig!!

Von unseren 3 Stationen bei unserer Frankreichtour war dies die mit Abstand beste Unterkunft!

A la Maison de Marie tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour et découvrir les trésors cachés de la Côte de granit rose.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fanden eine gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit einem gemütlichen, modern eingerichteten Zimmer vor. Das leckere Frühstück hatte mit einem Käse auch eine herzhafte Komponente, was sehr erfreulich war. Die Unterkunft lag ideal für unseren Rundweg über den Zöllnerpfad nach Ploumanac‘h.
