The elegant transformation of La Maison de Marie in Perros Guirec. The project to enhance this beautiful building in La Clarté and turn it into a complete hospitality venue was close to Daniel's heart. The dream has come true, and the result is enchanting in its care, comfort and details that will make your stay here unique. The pretty "Notre dame de la Clarté" chapel, famous for its August 15th pardon, is just 200 m away. From here, you can enjoy all the leisure activities and pleasures of the most famous Costa Rican resort! Casino, Thalasso, Cinema, Beaches, Harbors, Restaurants, 7 Islands Discovery Stars. *In Ar Guer, if 2 people occupy 2 different rooms: a supplement of €60 will be payable directly to the owners.
La Maison de Marie is now open on the first floor, and 2 Bed and breakfast rooms are waiting for you with elevator access! The 2 rooms are spacious, with TV, a 160x200 double bed and en-suite shower room with basin and toilet. The Côté Jardin room faces south, with PMR access. The Sea Room, north-west facing, with a view of the coastline and the Sea. On the same floor: a kitchen-dining-living room is available. Morning breakfast in the ground-floor sitting area, featuring home-made and local products (crêpes, jams, pastries, etc.). On-site café-boutique-bar just for you. Electric bike hire: €25 per day, €15 per 1/2 day. Enclosed private parking shared by guests and owners.

On the 1st floor, this "Ar Guer" Family Unit has its own corridor distributing: the Côté Nature bedroom (1 double bed 160x200, Tv, courtesy tray), the Côté Village bedroom (1 double bed 180x200 which can be split into 2 single beds 90x200 on request, Tv, courtesy tray), a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet, another independent toilet.

Dans la belle maison, Daniel vous accueil, conseille les bonnes adresses et tous les beaux endroits de la région, à découvrir du bord de mer à la campagne, pour cause Daniel est un enfant du pays.

A la Maison de Marie tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour et découvrir les trésors cachés de la Côte de granit rose.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fanden eine gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit einem gemütlichen, modern eingerichteten Zimmer vor. Das leckere Frühstück hatte mit einem Käse auch eine herzhafte Komponente, was sehr erfreulich war. Die Unterkunft lag ideal für unseren Rundweg über den Zöllnerpfad nach Ploumanac‘h.
