Welcome to Margot's house! A beautiful address close to the Sea and the seaside resorts of Pleneuf Val André and Erquy. All inclusive, by the week or for a few nights.

Close to the Sea, this Holiday cottage welcomes you in a comfortable and nicely furnished interior.
The location is ideal for exploring the Côtes d'Emeraude and Côtes de Penthièvre.
Thanks to its direct access to the D786, you'll quickly reach the region's must-see sites.
Start with the seaside resort of Pléneuf-Val-André (4 km) and its many attractions: casino, thalasso, restaurants....
Don't forget to stroll along the quays of the charming port of Dahouët.
And if you like fine sand, the resort offers 5 beaches. But the closest to the Holiday cottage is Port Morvan, 4.4 km away.
The nearby seaside resorts of Erquy (13 km) and Sables d'Or (17 km) are also well worth a visit.
Hikers will appreciate the proximity of the GR34 (4 km). Don't forget to visit Cap d'Erquy (16 km) and Cap Fréhel (27 km).
And just 400 m away, you'll find the small Saint-Alban shopping area, with all the sales agents you'll need for a pleasant stay.

Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.
- First floor: kitchen, living room, bedroom (160x200), bathroom with toilet.
- Upstairs: a first bedroom (2 beds 80x200 which can be twinned to form a bed 160x200), a second bedroom (1 bed 140x190) opening onto a private shower room with bath, separate wc.

- Outside :
23 m² terrace, 40 m² private enclosed garden.

- Parking for your vehicles in the garage (1 space) or in the private courtyard (2 spaces).
