Between the Côte de Granit Rose and the Baie de St Michel en Grèves, you'll appreciate this typical, self-contained gîte in a group of old farm buildings, close to the home of owners Jean and Marie. Just 1 km from the town of Ploulec'h, 4 km from Lannion (historic town, capital of the Trégor region) and 4 km from the Pointe du Yaudet, a pretty spot overlooking the sea and the mouth of the Léguer, where you'll find the GR34 hiking trail.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: kitchen/living room (fireplace) with rustic decor, bathroom with shower, WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 140x190). Private enclosed gravelled courtyard in front of the gîte and, on the gable, access to the private lawned garden. with garden furniture and sun loungers. Parking in the courtyard.

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Comme beaucoup de gite,manque de prise et compte tenu du nombre de petit appareil à charger, une voire 2 barrettes multiprises seraient bienvenue. Compte tenu du réchauffement climatique quelques ventilateurs seraient appréciables. Proximité de quelques km de très belles plages est très appréciable!.

Philippe et Isabelle très calme et reposant
Gîte très calme et reposant dans un cadre magnifique très bien situé entre la côte de granit rose et la baie de Lannion tous commerces à 2 kilomètres. Accueil très chaleureux de la Propriétaire et à l'écoute de ses locataires .Plein de choses à découvrir aux alentours . Nous reviendrons
