Close to the beaches of the Côte d'Emeraude, this Breton stone house has been beautifully renovated using quality materials. The interior is very pleasant: spacious, light-filled rooms, trendy and elegant decor, good bedding: this is the perfect vacation home! The terrace is accessible from the living room for outdoor meals. The adjoining grounds are ideal for outdoor play: the lawn will soon embellish this charming property. The owners, who live nearby (200 m), will be happy to help you plan your walks... as the region is very touristy. The town of Plancoët, famous for its mineral water, is 4.5 km away. Dinan, a medieval town much appreciated for its castle, ramparts, half-timbered houses, cobbled streets with art stores and marina, is well worth a day out.... 11 km from the sea (Trégon), 13 km from St-Cast-Le-Guildo.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cette gîte. La maison est parfaitement équipée, avec un parking privé et des volets roulants très pratiques. La cuisine moderne est hyper bien équipée : tout le matériel nécessaire est présent, de très bonne qualité. Il y a également une machine à laver et une buanderie très fonctionnelle.
La gîte est une maison récente, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et entretenue à la perfection. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et accueillants.
Le jardin et la terrasse sont superbes, parfaits pour profiter du calme et se détendre. L’emplacement est très paisible, tout en étant idéal pour découvrir la côte et des villes comme Dinan ou Saint-Malo. Une boulangerie et un supermarché se trouvent à seulement 2 à 3 km.
Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour très agréable et nous recommandons cette gîte à 100 %. Nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde à revenir.

Tout d'abord, le gîte est très lumineux et confortable. Le prix de cette location est raisonnable et pas de surprise puisque tout est compris.
Il est très bien situé par rapport à la côte et offre de nombreuses possibilités de visites et de marches.
Contact très facile et agréable avec les propriétaires qui font ce qu'ils peuvent pour la réalisation au mieux de votre séjour. Je tiens tout particulièrement à les en remercier.
Deux fois où nous venons en mars et les deux fois les conditions météo étaient très agréables pour randonner.- Cleanliness

Galicien Excellent
Very kind owners. It was a bit difficult to find the house in the middle of the night (the GPS location is slightly off in the maps, a couple of houses down the road), but the owners came to find us. Some tasty Breton galettes and water were there to welcome us. Beds are very comfortable and the house is well equipped and central to visit the region. The owners also put an outdoor table and chairs at our request (weather was very good). The house is quite new and well kept. There is a delicious boulangerie in Pluduno, and a hypermarket not far away in Plancoet.
