La Jacquelinière du Maupas, a beautiful detached stone house, is the ideal place to get away from it all. Set in the heart of the countryside, the gite boasts a beautiful outdoor space with gardens to the front and rear, where children can play to their heart's content. For a breath of fresh air, head for Erquy, 13km away! Stroll along the moors of Cap d'Erquy, where hiking trails lead you to beautiful, unspoilt sandy beaches. Cap Fréhel offers panoramic views over the English Channel and a visit to a listed monument: Fort La Latte (23 km away).
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: kitchen, living room with sitting area (fireplace with insert), separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, two with private shower rooms and one with bathroom with bath and WC (1 bed 140, 2 twin beds 80 and 2 twin beds 80). 25 m² terrace and 900 m² garden with trees. Farm 100 m away.

Fred A la campagne, proche de la mer et de la ville
Très agréable corps de ferme rénové à quelques encablures de Lamballe. Erquy, val André et des plages.
Les plus: chaque chambre a ses sanitaires, grande salle à vivre. Chambres spacieuses, Internet opérationnel. Grand jardin arboré. Terrasse pour les repas. Pas de moustiques et pas de mouches durant le séjour.
Région fantastique à découvrir. A proximité des petites villes de caractère de quintin, lehon, moncontour,...Les moins : quelques effluves de ferme ou d’épandage de champs de temps en temps sur la terrasse. Litterie trop dure.

Dounia Bretagne
La maison est très confortable dans un environnement agréable.
Très bien située car proche des sites à voir et de la mer. Environ 10/12km de Fort lalate, des Sables d'or et de Erquy où il y a de magnifiques plages. Val André bien aussi mais beaucoup de difficulté pour stationner.

Très belle longère bien équipée et au calme.
On s’y sent bien et tout le confort nécessaire y est.

Gite parfaitement équipé, propre sans reproche, au calme. Le seul bémol est le manque d'indication sur le bord de la route au niveau du croisement du Chauchix de Maupas.

Bonjour, merci pour votre avis. La commune a récemment changé la signalisation. Nous allons renouveler les panneaux ayant disparus. En attendant, Google positionne précisément le gîte de la Jacquelinière pour le trouver rapidement.
