Attractive, detached stone house with enclosed courtyard, adjoining a holiday rental, surprisingly spacious inside. It offers pleasant sea views from a small upstairs living room and roof terrace. Renovated in 2009-2010, it's the ideal starting point for excursions to the coast or the interior of the Trégor region. Close to the GR 34, the gite welcomes hikers with pleasure (tumble dryer, IGN maps...). The small town of Plougrescant, with its chapel and leaning bell tower, is 3 km away, while Tréguier, a city of character, is 10 km away. Between the Pointe du Château and the small beach of Pors-Hir, this little fisherman's cottage is nestled in the hamlet of Kericu, 200 m from the sea and very close to the Gouffre site. 10% off 2nd week or more.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: kitchenette, living room, lounge. One bedroom (1 bed 2 persons 140cm), bathroom with shower, wc which will be accessible by small landings (2 steps). Upstairs: a mezzanine with a sitting area overlooking the sea and access to the terrace, a sleeping area (1 single bed 90x190) well insulated by an opaque curtain, and wc. 1 large bedroom (2 single beds 0.90x2m) which can be converted into a 1.80m x 2m bed on request. Private 270 m² grounds. Freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in small enclosed outbuilding.

KPuRSt Une maison extraordinaire
Une maison magnifiquement située et très bien équipée ! La région vous invite à la randonnée, toujours avec vue sur la mer ! De plus, des excursions dans les environs proches et plus éloignés valent la peine, par exemple à Saint-Malo, Saint-Brieuc,
Trégastel, Trébeuden et l’île de Bréhat !

Mija Printemps 2025
Un vrai moment de bonheur dans ce joli gîte très bien situé. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement et avons apprécié le confort de ce logement. Une mention spéciale pour l’aménagement du premier étage avec une terrasse et un coin repos donnant sur la mer.
