If you like quality renovations, this is the gîte for you! Lysiane and Thierry have used environmentally-friendly techniques and materials: hemp, solar panels, rainwater recovery for watering and toilets, and a water softener .... No need for bottles: water here is filtered!
For a truly relaxing vacation, unwind in our private, unoverlooked outdoor spa overlooking the countryside. There's also a sheltered infrared sauna for two.
7 km away, discover the Bétineuc leisure park, near the Ille-et-Rance canal. Its 3 km circuit around the pond is perfect for hiking, horse-riding or cycling, with swimming at its heart. The region is beautiful, with many places to visit, including Dinan, a town of Art and History, 6 km away, where you'll discover an exceptional medieval heritage.
Your detached vacation home has two levels:
- First floor:
Kitchen/living room with pellet stove, laundry room, separate WC.
- First floor:
A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200,
Another bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200,
Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
- Outside :
A magnificent 32 m² terrace, equipped with an outdoor Spa and shower, and next door in a small, sheltered annex an infrared sauna and shower (open all year). A 160 m² fully fenced approval garden. Parking for two vehicles is available close to the Holiday cottage.
Secure bicycle shed.

Manu VH A week with our kids in this beautiful house
We had an amazing week in this beautifully renovated cottage with our children (12 & 15 years old)! The cottage had everything we needed and more, with some lovely extras like a sauna/infrarred cabin and a jacuzzi, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the charming town of Dinan. We also took trips to the lovely Rennes and historic Saint-Malo. The owners were incredibly welcoming and shared lots of helpful tips about local walks, sights, and hidden gems in the area. Highly recommended!

Roxane Excellent séjour en famille en pays de Dinan
Excellent séjour en famille dans ce gîte magnifique, entièrement refait à neuf, très bien conçu, confortable et parfaitement équipé.
Le gîte se situe dans un hameau au calme mais très proche de Dinan ainsi que de toutes les commodités (boulangeries, Super U, Biocoop…). Le jardin clôturé est parfait pour les enfants. Le sauna et le jacuzzi, neufs et faciles à utiliser, offrent de beaux moments de détente.
Accueil chaleureux de Lysiane et Thierry, qui sont des hôtes aux petits soins et très disponibles pour leurs vacanciers.

Magnifique gîte vous n'avez qu'à posé vos valises et profitez du bien être sauna jacuzzi pour ce relaxé un intérieur fait avec goût il ne manque rien tout à était réalisé pour passer de bonnes vacances de très belle chambre une magnifique salle de bain sans parler de la cuisine et son séjour toujour réalisé avec goût part les propriétaires et fait de leurs propres mains. Stéphane & Guillaume Magnifique cocon au calme en Côtes d'Armor
Les propriétaires absolument charmants et aux petits soins vous accueillent dans cette très belle maison qu'ils ont fait de leurs mains et avec amour.
L'habitat imaginé avec goût est très fonctionnel et très agréable.
A l'extérieur, un jacuzzi très performant vous permet de vous délasser en alternant avec le sauna. Le jardin très bien entretenu donne une vue sur les champs de maïs, parfait pour un repos total et pour des barbecues sympas !
Le tout à 5 minutes en voiture des commerces. Bref, recommandation totale !- Cleanliness
