If you like quality renovations, this is the gîte for you! Lysiane and Thierry have used environmentally-friendly techniques and materials: hemp, solar panels, rainwater recovery for watering and toilets, and a water softener .... No need for bottles: water here is filtered!
For a truly relaxing vacation, unwind in our private, unoverlooked outdoor spa overlooking the countryside. There's also a sheltered infrared sauna for two.
7 km away, discover the Bétineuc leisure park, near the Ille-et-Rance canal. Its 3 km circuit around the pond is perfect for hiking, horse-riding or cycling, with swimming at its heart. The region is beautiful, with many places to visit, including Dinan, a town of Art and History, 6 km away, where you'll discover an exceptional medieval heritage.
Your detached vacation home has two levels:
- First floor:
Kitchen/living room with pellet stove, laundry room, separate WC.
- First floor:
A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200,
Another bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200,
Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
- Outside :
A magnificent 32 m² terrace, equipped with an outdoor Spa and shower, and next door in a small, sheltered annex an infrared sauna and shower (open all year). A 160 m² fully fenced approval garden. Parking for two vehicles is available close to the Holiday cottage.
Secure bicycle shed.

Maison au calme et très bien agencée avec tout ce qu il faut comme équipement à l intérieur et à l extérieur, Très jolie vue sur la campagne environnante. Le spa et le sauna sont très appréciables après une bonne journée de randonnée, nous recommandons vivement.

Brigit Pays-Bas Lovely house, very friendly owners, caring
Great hospitality, beautiful views from the house to the garden and rolling landscape. The dog greatly enjoyed the garden wich was fenced and of course we too. The jaccuzi was great, and all the towels supplied was super.

Happy & sa famille Excellent séjour
Semaine de rêve en Bretagne. Gîte magnifique et très très bien équipé. Les extérieurs sont splendides. Notre petit chien a adoré le jardin et nous aussi. Idéal pour se détendre et se reposer au calme. Très bien situé pour visiter la région. Propriétaires aux petits soins. Météo excellente. Tout était parfait. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir.

Guinimat Gite exceptionnel
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte magnifique, chaleureux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement entretenu. Le logement est très agréable à vivre, calme et extrêmement fonctionnel : tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour offrir un maximum de confort et de bien être ( sauna et jacuzzi) on s’y sent immédiatement bien.
L’emplacement est idéal, proche de Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de cette superbe région tout en bénéficiant d’un cadre paisible et reposant. Et que dire des hôtes très attentionnés Lysiane et Thierry. Merci pour votre accueil, votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse.

Manon Paisible et reposant
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec mon conjoint et notre chien. Thierry et Lysiane sont des hôtes accueillants et agréables. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le jardin et le jacuzzi sont un plus. Nous recommandons ce gîte pour passer un moment calme et reposant à la campagne. Merci pour votre accueil !
