You'll appreciate the comfort of this gîte, the small private lake (fishing possible), close to 2 other gîtes and the owner's poultry farm (free-range chickens). 8 km from Matignon (numerous excursions), 10 km from the beaches of Sables-d'Or-Les-Pins, 12 km from Erquy and Pléneuf-Val-André. SWIMMING POOL SHARED BY SEVERAL GITES, 17x5-meter COVERED AND HEATED, OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND. Aquagym activity available at certain times of year (fee payable).
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room, well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) and 1 bedroom (1 single bed + 2 twin beds 80x200). Terrace and private enclosed garden (92m²). Nous venons de passer 3 semaines dans ce gîte très confortable et très bien situé.
Le calme de la campagne, la mer à 15 minutes, la piscine chauffée et l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires ont rendu ce séjour très agréable.

ALVoyage Gite et piscine au top, ado heureux, maman ravie
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce gîte. Très confortable, il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi : cuisine bien équipée, buanderie, chambres spacieuses et literie de qualité. La piscine couverte chauffée à 30 °C a fait le bonheur de mes ados (14 et 12 ans) et le mien ! Le cadre est splendide, à proximité de la mer, des plages, de monuments historiques et de belles villes à découvrir. Tout est pensé pour offrir détente et plaisir… Nous avons adoré !

Gîte très accueillant et bien entretenu, environnement très calme propice au repos.

Le gites est agréable bien agencé propre.
Très bon accueil des propriétaires ils vois mettent à l aise.
La piscine est géniale calme reposante.
