For your next vacation, put your suitcases down in this gîte with private heated SPA, open all year round! Located in Penvénan, just 3 km from the sea, one of Brittany's most beautiful coastlines awaits you.... Dotted with islands and islets, coves and sandy beaches, turquoise waters... From this gîte, the first beach is only 3.5 km away, so you're ready to relax... But if you prefer, you can also enjoy water sports at Port Blanc (3 km). Another must: the pretty village of Buguèles (3.5 km)... And don't forget to head for the beautiful Pink Granite Coast, with the famous seaside resort of Perros Guirec (16 km). Discover Plougrescant (6.5 km), its wild side and its gouffre site. You can also visit Treguier (8 km) or Paimpol, a beautiful corsair town (22 km). Fancy a trip to an island? Then head for the Arcouest pier (26 km), in the direction of Brehat and its archipelago.
Your single-storey rental includes: kitchen with dining area, living room with pellet stove, bedroom (1 double bed 160x200) opening onto a shower room, laundry room, wc. At your disposal: a 17 m² private terrace with year-round heated SPA and a 400 m² garden shared with the owner. Parking for your vehicle in the courtyard (50 m²) shared with the owner and another tenant. Gîte adjoining the owners' house and an apartment (located above the gîte).

Rida Tolle Gîte an der Cote Granit Rose
Die Unterkunft entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Das Appartement ist großzügig und äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet und alle notwendigen Dinge sind vorhanden.
Terrasse und Garten und Jacuzzi waren super.
Die Wohnung liegt liegt zentral, nur ein paar Schritte zum Bäcker und Markt.
Penvenan ist einidealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Region.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Alles war super!- Cleanliness

Stephtine Superbe séjour dans le gîte la grange à Penvénan
Superbe séjour dans le gîte décoré avec goût. Il est très bien équipé et parfait pour 2 personnes. Une belle terrasse avec transat et le jacuzzi donnant sur un beau jardin arboré.
Le centre du village est accessible à pied avec tous les commerces boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie, épicerie...
Le magnifique village de Port Blanc est très proche, quelques km et accessible à pied pour les plus courageux. Un peu plus loin Plougrescant, son célèbre gouffre et sa maison mythique coincée entre 2 rochers. Encore un peu plus loin le sillon de Talbert à faire à pied.- Cleanliness

Road King 41 Petit coin de paradis
L'accueil nous a été extrêmement sympathique. Le gîte est très fonctionnel, très bien situé pour nos diverses balades à vélos ou à pieds. Le jardin est joliment entretenu, ce qui nous a permis de savourer doublement la détente dans le jacuzzi chaque soir, dans un lieu très au calme. Dans ce petit village, calme et respect nous ont comblés. Quelques bavardages forts sympathiques avec Mme et Mr Avis nous ont réjouis également. Merci à eux deux pour leur gentillesse sans oublier les gourmandises locales à notre arrivée qui nous ont régalés.
