Detached house located on an organic vegetable farm, 1.5 km from Lézardrieux town. Quiet location, 1.2 km from the marina, 1 km from the beach and shops and 7 km from Paimpol. Close to Ile de Brehat and Perros-Guirec. GR 34 nearby.

Your vacation rental comprises on ground floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area (fireplace), 1 bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility (1 bed 160x200), bathroom with shower and toilet. First floor: wc, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190s, 2 beds 90x190s), wc with washbasin. Baby equipment: chair, bed, bathtub. 300 m² courtyard and 300 m² enclosed grounds. Private Piscine, covered and heated from April to November, shared with the owners' Holiday cottages and Bed and breakfast. Spa also shared and optional at €10/session (no kids allowed).
