A view of the tides! Did you know that the Bay of St Brieuc is the fifth largest in the world for the amplitude of its tides (over 13 m tidal range)? You'll be a privileged spectator of this perpetual dance and the life of the Commercial port. As a vantage point, Suzette and her husband have successfully renovated their Holiday cottage. Trendy decor and comfort are the order of the day.
To add to the pleasure, the GR34 is right on the spot! Yes, it passes right under the Holiday cottage! You'll be able to descend to the revitalized port of Le Légué, survey the hidden foothills of St Laurent de la Sea and climb to the Pointe du Roselier to take in the whole Bay. The first small local beach, Anse aux Moines, is just 400 m away, and the first real family beach is Martin, 3.5 km away.
The center of St Brieuc is only 5.5 km away.
Your vacation rental includes on the same level (after descending 23 steps):
A living room-lounge-kitchen (with TV, connected home cinema), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200) (2 single beds 90x190 can be twinned on request), a small bathroom with shower and basin, a separate toilet with laundry and cleaning facilities. Telework possible in the living room.
Outside:
8 m² outdoor courtyard with lounge. Accessible cellar on the GR34 footpath side for bike storage, for example.
Unload shopping and suitcases in front of the Holiday cottage entrance, then free public parking lot 150 m up the road.
Holiday cottage adjoins a third on one side and another holiday cottage (22G310948) on the other.

annule Gîte idéal face à la Baie de Saint-Brieuc
Le gîte est très grand pour un couple, il sera donc parfait pour une famille. La vue qu'offre ce gîte sur la jetée qui marque l'entrée du port de Saint-Brieuc est époustouflante. On se réveille face au lever du soleil, avec les oiseaux qui passent devant la fenêtre, ou qui mangent à marais basse juste en contrebas... Les prestations du gîte sont excellentes tant au niveau du couchage que de la cuisine. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Suzette, ses conseils...

Gite très agréable et propre !Bien équipé et confortable, rien ne manquait.
Le gîte est bien exposé, avec la vue sur le port maritime.
La propriétaire Suzette, très gentille .
Notre séjour était un peu court, mais nous avons eu la chance d avoir eu une météo idéale qui nous a permis de faire de petites balades très agréables !

Jojo Super séjour
Location très prope et très bien équipée avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. De superbes sites à visiter(ile de bréhat, côté de granit rose, vallée des saints...). Si vous êtes des amoureux de la mer, pas d'hésitation.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce logement, propre, confortable et idéalement situé avec une superbe vue sur l'entrée du port. C’est un vrai plaisir de se réveiller face à ce panorama !
