Holiday cottage love. In the small village of Armor Pleubian, close to the shops, this typical Breton house has been pleasantly renovated, with a focus on high-quality furnishings and a harmonious, trendy decor with a maritime feel.
Here you'll be immersed at the end of the Lézardrieux peninsula, in unspoilt, unspoilt countryside, 400 m from the famous Sillon du Talbert site, a wide strip of pebbles jutting out into the Sea for over 3 km (unique in Europe). 4 km from Pleubian, 12 km from Paimpol and 30 km from Perros Guirec and its Pink Granite Coast.

Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room with wood-burning stove, leading via a small step to a fitted kitchen, shower room (shower and toilet), utility/laundry room.
First floor: large mezzanine bedroom: 1 bed (160x200) (plus flat-screen TV).
Outside: 15 m² wooden terrace and small 85 m² garden planted with flowers and trees.

    un joli gîte tout près de la mer

    Gîte parfait pour un couple, très bien meublé et décoré avec goût, tout y est. Literie confortable et cuisine très bien équipée. Le Sillon du Talbert à faire à pieds, la région est magnifique et allez voir le producteur d'huîtres au bout de la presqu’île en fin d'après-midi, elles sont au top.
    Nous recommandons cette adresse avec plaisir, notre hôtesse était à l'écoute.

    Merci beaucoup pour vos notations et vos commentaires.
    Concernant votre confort, votre souhait était de ne pas utiliser les lumières du plafond , vous m'avez demandé une petite lampe pour le salon, malgré la tempête et de forte pluie le soir de votre arrivée , je vous ai apporté une lampe dans les 15 min suivant votre demande afin de vous satisfaire au mieux.
    Concernant le rapport qualité prix, vous pouviez réserver directement votre location via le site Gîte de France.
    Nous faisons de notre mieux pour satisfaire nos locataires afin que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible dans notre gîte qui se trouve à 400 m seulement du sillon du talbert

    Super gite

    Super gite très agréable, très beau, très fonctionnel , lit fait à notre arrivé, sans oublier les produits régionaux qui nous attendaient. Et puis un super accueil de la propriétaire qui a été très à l'écoute et qui nous a donné des conseils sur les sites à visiter. Bref un super séjour dans une belle région. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons ce gite.

    Séjour du 20 au 27 juillet

    Maison confortable et très bien équipée mais nous n'avons pu apprécier pleinement le jardin à cause de la proximité avec la rue bruyante en cette période.
