600 m from the beach, in the heart of a remarkable natural area, our fully renovated pink local sandstone house offers a superb view over a one-hectare wooded valley with springs. Our house is located 500 m from the GR 34 and at the foot of the "Tour de Manche" cycle route and the "Voie Verte n° 4 de Bretagne" cycle route. The splendid sandy beach of l'Anse du Croc, bordered by dunes, is just 600 m away, offering one of the finest views of Cap Fréhel, its lighthouse and Vauban tower. Ideally situated between Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy (classified as a "Grand Site de France"), the "Douaniers" path winds through magnificent scenery.

Our Fontaine de Resnel guest rooms all have the advantage of independent exterior access, and are bright and comfortable. All four have a queen-size bed (160x200) and their own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. One has access to the ground floor, and another offers 1 bed that can be split into two (2x90x200). Delicious breakfasts can be shared in the dining room on the ground floor. A one-hectare park surrounds you, offering: outdoor dining areas with barbecue, wooden terrace with table and garden furniture and, of course, a dedicated parking area. A nice plus! A chalet with a fully equipped kitchen (sink, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer) is at your disposal. Bicycles can be stored in a garden shed.

Parenthèse paradisiaque

C'est mon deuxième séjour chez Laurent, toujours aussi bienveillant et attentionné, prenant soin de ses résidants, Laurent est à l'écoute et de bons conseils.
On n'est dans une véritable bulle où règne le calme.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, donnant sur un parc magnifiquement entretenu. Un enchantement !
Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement délicieux et copieux fait avec des produits maison. Un régal.
Allez y les yeux fermés, c'est juste un enchantement
Un grand merci pour tout Laurent et à l'année prochaine

Sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit paradiesischem Garten. Freundliche geräumige Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück, mit teils selbstgemachten Produkten. Laurent, der Besitzer hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und immer gute Tipps auf den Weg gegeben.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, toller Strand und kleines Cap fußläufig erreichbar. Lokale ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Die perfekte Unterkunft

Wir sind von dieser Unterkunft begeistert. Laurent ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber, der sich um seine Gäste kümmert und uns mit guten Insidertipps zu einem perfekten Urlaub verholfen hat. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden mehrfach während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt. Auch das Frühstück war jeden Tag sehr lecker (selbstgebackener Kuchen, frisches Obst, regionaler Käse, selbstgemachte Marmelade…) und bot zudem die Möglichkeit, sich mit den anderen Gästen auszutauschen. Praktisch ist auch die kleine Küche im gemeinschaftlichen Gartenhäuschen, wo den Gästen eine Kochmöglichkeit sowie ein Kühlschrank zur Verfügung stehen. Für den Garten gilt: hinfahren, anschauen, staunen und genießen. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch.
