200m from a dairy farm, this gîte adjoins 2 other gîtes, and is located in a complex of gîtes where children can go on the swing and slide, visit the donkey and pony, play ping-pong or basketball, or play boules. The gîte is bright and airy, with a south-facing terrace and large windows. Enjoy the charm of the countryside and the pleasures of the sea: 5 km from Etables sur Mer and St-Quay-Portrieux (Casino and Marina), 4 km from the Binic leisure pool and 3 km from the 18-hole golf course at Les Ajoncs d'Or. Beauregard has a great family atmosphere that you won't forget!
Your vacation rental includes :
First floor: large living room with fitted kitchenette,
1 bedroom with 160X200 bed and private bathroom (shower, washbasin, wc),
1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and private shower room (shower, washbasin),
separate toilet and laundry/storage room.
First floor:
2 adjoining bedrooms. The first contains 2 beds 100x190, and gives access to the bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc, as well as access to the bedroom at the back with 1 bed 140x190.
Private, south-facing, tiled terrace (20 m²) overlooking the valley and the donkey and pony fields, and private, enclosed garden strip (225 m²). Separate entrance to Holiday cottage via rear courtyard or front terrace. Large enclosed parking lot shared by all Holiday cottages on the site. Le domaine de Beauregard est une longère familiale. Nous sommes la 4ème génération. Depuis 1998, nous gérons ce domaine qui comporte 7 gîtes. chaque location a été conçue pour que chacun ait son intimité, du studio au gîte 8 personnes. C'est un ancien corps de ferme, avec ses poutres, la pierre, la porte d'entrée et la cheminée d'origine. Nous avons fait des extensions pour apporter lumière, espace, confort et modernité. Des vacances à la campagne, tout en étant à seulement 5 km du bord de mer, alliez les plaisirs !

Découverte d'un endroit idyllique près de la mer tout en se trouvant en pleine campagne. En février 2025, nous avons passés une petite semaine dans un cocon, comme à la maison, le gîte est très bien équipé et très agréable. Propreté, activités, animaux, décoration, paysages au top et l'accueil, la gentillesse et la réactivité de notre hôte sont d'une très grande valeur. Nos enfants avaient tout le nécessaire pour s'amuser, passer du temps avec les animaux. Le site est très bien entretenu, nous avons adoré les extérieurs, l'idéal pour profiter de la nature. Nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.
