Gîte located in a family farmhouse entirely renovated by Joseph and his wife, who are delighted to welcome you. They will share with you their passions and their in-depth knowledge of this area. Classified as a "Grand Site de France" in 2019, the town of Erquy and its Cap d'Erquy have everything to make your stay unforgettable. Heritage: the Château de Bienassis. Sea: the port, its fish market and seafood, beaches and cliffs. Nature: miles of hiking trails through ever-changing landscapes. Market, water sports, shops, restaurants and entertainment complete the picture. Your escapades will surely also take you to: Pléneuf Val André, Sable d'Or les Pins, Plévenon and its Cap Fréhel / Fort La Latte. Welcome to the Côte de Penthièvre!

Your vacation rental includes two levels.

On the ground floor :
a living room with kitchenette, an entrance hall (with storage and utility room), a toilet with washbasin.

First floor:
2 bedrooms (one with a 160X200 bed and the other with 2 90X200 beds, which can be twinned on request), each with its own private shower room (with shower, washbasin and toilet).

Exterior:
On the local road side, you can drop off your luggage and groceries at a short stop. A parking space awaits you 15 m further on.
On the south-facing courtyard side, a 90 m² enclosed plot is entirely reserved for you, with terraces and a gravelled area.

Gîte in a character building, adjoining the owners on one side and their daughter on the other. A pig farm is 60 m away. A swing is available on the neighboring property, and the meadows around the greenhouse are a great place to stretch your legs!
