Claudine and Jean Marc will welcome you with open arms and a smile, in a new wing added to this former mid-19th century farmhouse with listed architectural features. Do you like gardens? Here 2000 m² of land, a vegetable garden and an orchard with 80 fruit trees and shrubs, Biodiversity at the heart of the project with 64 different varieties. Want to get away from the City? Here, you'll find a rural setting, yet close to amenities, cultural activities, sports and nature. Want to get to the RN12 easily? It's just 2 km away and crosses the whole department. Want to explore Lamballe? Laundries, stud farms, the collegiate church, the Mathurin Méheust museum and the Landes de la Poterie are all less than 5 km away. Want to see the Sea? The whole of the Baie de Saint Brieuc is just 17 km away, where you can join the GR34 and the Eurovélo 4 / Vélomaritime. Do you like music? Here, instruments and sheet music are never far away. One thing's for sure ... you're in for a treat!

The Terre et Sea family unit is located in a rear extension of the house and consists of:
- 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin or double 80x200 beds,
- private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet,
- a small kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery),
- patio with garden furniture table,
- a reception and relaxation room for breakfasts.

This long-awaited moment will feature homemade products: jams, pancakes, cakes and fruit tarts, not forgetting the many quality local products.
Also on site: regional readings, detailed maps, courtesy tray, board, Beach and outdoor games (snowshoes and molky).
Meal trays from the local caterer available on prior order (48 h in advance).
