Lovely little wood-and-stone cottage on a property with another gîte. It's an old farmhouse in the countryside, 3.5 km from the sea and 5 km from the beaches of the Côte de Granit Rose. You're between Lannion and Perros-Guirec.
Your vacation rental comprises 3 levels: a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a lovely mezzanine bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed). The 10 m² south-facing terrace opens onto a 200 m² private garden with a small stream. The laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located in an annex adjoining the rental property, with access from the outside.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce logement. L'accueil du propriétaire est parfait, c'est une personne très agréable. Concernant le logement, il est très bien pour un couple. Toutefois, un peu humide et à la période où nous avons loué nous avons eu un peu froid car le chauffage étant à payer à la fin du séjour (nous le l'avions pas vu c'est de notre faute) nous avons fait très très attention pour ne pas dépasser notre budget. Néanmoins le lieu est très calme, il n'y a aucun vis à vis, juste la nature et les vaches comme voisines ! Par ailleurs, le logement est à proximité direct de différents commerces.
