Would you like to book a self-catering cottage near the sea, offering comfortable accommodation and decorated in keeping with the authenticity of this former farm outbuilding? Then you've come to the right place! You'll be charmed by this stone house, tastefully renovated in 2014, located close to the owners' house, adjoining a third and with its own entrance. This 63 m2 gîte is located in the center of town, in a green setting, not overlooked, close to the beach and shops. Its location puts you at the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, close to its most beautiful sites (Ploumanac'h, Perros Guirec, Trégastel, etc...) and its most beautiful beaches. You'll also be close to the wild coast of Plougrescant and the small town of Tréguier. Hikers will appreciate the proximity of the GR34. This gîte has everything to seduce you, and after your stay you'll want to come back again very soon.

Your vacation rental on the raised first floor comprises: a beautiful entrance hall leading to a wooden terrace, a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, the living room (television and around twenty DVDs available), an office area, a bathroom with walk-in shower, small bath and toilet. Private courtyard of 24 m². Enclosed 51 m² garden with wooden terrace. Free car parking next to the gîte.

    Notre séjour était très agréable au sein de la Crèche dans notre superbe région natale.

    Cet un endroit très chaleureux et confortable où on s'y sent bien, il ne nous manquait rien, il est très bien situé et très calme.

    Le propriétaire est très sympa, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

    Super semaine

    Super semaine. Gite parfait pour 2 personnes très bien localisé à proximité de tout et en même temps très reposant. Rien ne manque. Literie très confortable. Merci aux propriétaires très sympathiques et endroit vraiment à recommander. Nous reviendrons.

    Gite à la hauteur des attentes de l'occupant

    Après un accueil des plus amical le jour de notre arrivée, le gite a répondu en tous points à nos attentes. Super équipé, bien situé entre mer et village il propose une vaste pièce à vivre dotée du confort et des équipements nécessaires au séjour. Par ailleurs, il met à disposition une salle de bain avec un lavabo, une douche et une petite baignoire. Pour terminer la chambre dispose d'un lit de 160 très confortable. Tout est fait par les propriétaires pour que le séjour des occupants soit des plus agréable.

    On s'y sent bien !

    Un endroit idéal pour visiter le Trégor. Le seul problème, c'est qu'on se sent tellement bien à La Crèche qu'il est difficile d'en sortir pour aller visiter les alentours ! Le gîte est bien équipé et l'accueil de Jean-Marc est parfait.
