Would you like to book a self-catering cottage near the sea, offering comfortable accommodation and decorated in keeping with the authenticity of this former farm outbuilding? Then you've come to the right place! You'll be charmed by this stone house, tastefully renovated in 2014, located close to the owners' house, adjoining a third and with its own entrance. This 63 m2 gîte is located in the center of town, in a green setting, not overlooked, close to the beach and shops. Its location puts you at the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, close to its most beautiful sites (Ploumanac'h, Perros Guirec, Trégastel, etc...) and its most beautiful beaches. You'll also be close to the wild coast of Plougrescant and the small town of Tréguier. Hikers will appreciate the proximity of the GR34. This gîte has everything to seduce you, and after your stay you'll want to come back again very soon.
Your vacation rental on the raised first floor comprises: a beautiful entrance hall leading to a wooden terrace, a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, the living room (television and around twenty DVDs available), an office area, a bathroom with walk-in shower, small bath and toilet. Private courtyard of 24 m². Enclosed 51 m² garden with wooden terrace. Free car parking next to the gîte.

Marc Gite à la hauteur des attentes de l'occupant
Après un accueil des plus amical le jour de notre arrivée, le gite a répondu en tous points à nos attentes. Super équipé, bien situé entre mer et village il propose une vaste pièce à vivre dotée du confort et des équipements nécessaires au séjour. Par ailleurs, il met à disposition une salle de bain avec un lavabo, une douche et une petite baignoire. Pour terminer la chambre dispose d'un lit de 160 très confortable. Tout est fait par les propriétaires pour que le séjour des occupants soit des plus agréable.

Cécile On s'y sent bien !
Un endroit idéal pour visiter le Trégor. Le seul problème, c'est qu'on se sent tellement bien à La Crèche qu'il est difficile d'en sortir pour aller visiter les alentours ! Le gîte est bien équipé et l'accueil de Jean-Marc est parfait.

pierre et Isa séjour à Louannec
Un séjour particulièrement agréable dans un gite confortable et très calme, où nous avons profité des déjeuners sur la terrasse où dans le jardin. Le propriétaire est particulièrement accueillant et toujours à l'écoute en cas de besoin. le gite est idéalement situé, près de la plage et des commerces du centre ville, et dans une région qui est un paradis pour les randonneurs. quinze jours de vacances particulièrement appréciés.

Claudia und Roland Eine idyllische und sehr gepflegte Unterkunft
La Crèche hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten alle was wir brauchten, es war sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Eigentümer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
In Louannec ruhig, aber zentral nähe der Kirche gelegen, so dass Bäckerei und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe lagen.
Wir haben schöne Radtouren nach Perros Guirec und Tregastel, aber auch in die andere Richtung nach Trelevern und Trevou-Treguignec gemacht und viele schöne Orte in der Nähe mit dem Auto besichtigt Lannion, Treguier, Paimpol etc. die viele Märkte und Fischgeschäfte sind einmalig. Immer wieder gerne nochmal.

Un logement idyllique et très bien entretenuLa Crèche nous a beaucoup plu, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin, c'était très propre et très bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et serviables.
Situé à Louannec, au calme, mais au centre, près de l'église, de sorte que les boulangerie et les épiceries étaient à proximité immédiate.
Nous avons fait de belles balades à vélo vers Perros Guirec et Tregastel, mais aussi dans l'autre sens vers Trelevern et Trevou-Treguignec et avons visité beaucoup de beaux endroits dans les environs en voiture Lannion, Treguier, Paimpol etc. les nombreux marchés et poissonneries sont uniques.
