Would you like to book a self-catering cottage near the sea, offering comfortable accommodation and decorated in keeping with the authenticity of this former farm outbuilding? Then you've come to the right place! You'll be charmed by this stone house, tastefully renovated in 2014, located close to the owners' house, adjoining a third and with its own entrance. This 63 m2 gîte is located in the center of town, in a green setting, not overlooked, close to the beach and shops. Its location puts you at the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, close to its most beautiful sites (Ploumanac'h, Perros Guirec, Trégastel, etc...) and its most beautiful beaches. You'll also be close to the wild coast of Plougrescant and the small town of Tréguier. Hikers will appreciate the proximity of the GR34. This gîte has everything to seduce you, and after your stay you'll want to come back again very soon.

Your vacation rental on the raised first floor comprises: a beautiful entrance hall leading to a wooden terrace, a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, the living room (television and around twenty DVDs available), an office area, a bathroom with walk-in shower, small bath and toilet. Private courtyard of 24 m². Enclosed 51 m² garden with wooden terrace. Free car parking next to the gîte.

    Best holiday ever!

    The accomodation was situated in the most beautiful region of France. Close to the sea. Plenty to see in the surrounding areas. The gîte was spacious, well equipped and had all the facilities needed for a holiday. The owner was very helpful and just a phonecall away.

    "Rosa Granitküste" und "La Crèche" - ein Traum!

    Zugegeben - wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter Anfang September, in den wunderschönen Sandbuchten der Umgebung von Louannec war auch baden noch möglich. Mit Liebe und Geschmack haben Brigitte und Jean-Marc ihre Ferienwohnung eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man so braucht im Alltag und um auch mal eine Regenkapriole gemütlich durchzustehen. Louannec bietet zum täglichen Einkauf wirklich alles: Épicerie, Bäckerei, (bester!) Metzger, fußläufig. Ein hervorragendes kleines Restaurant, eine tolle Crèperie und 2 Cafés.. wir waren rundum glücklich! Danke Familie Aribaud, wir hoffen, wir können einmal wiederkommen.

    Gîte très bien situé et calme

    Très belle semaine passée sur la côte de granit rose. Le gîte est bien équipé, grand et très calme.
    Commerces tout proches, c'est très agréable de pouvoir y aller à pied : boulangerie, épicerie, boucherie Charcutier traiteur.

    Bezaubernde Ferienunterkunft

    Sehr schöne und ruhige, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit einer Terasse direkt bei der Wohnung und einen Sitzplatz im idyllischen und ruhigen Garten. Die Wohnung im ruhigen Louannec ist zentral gelegen, Bäcker fußläufig, und doch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radfahren. Wir haben diese Auszeit genossen.
