On the border between Morbihan and Ille-et-Vilaine, 5 km from the village of Trémorel, this detached house, completely renovated in 2019, welcomes you all year round in a relaxing environment. With its south-facing aspect, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the paved courtyard, where you can indulge in the activity of your choice. If you wish, the owners can arrange a visit to their farm 400 m away (suckler cows and red label pigs), depending on availability. They can also advise you on the best places to visit: the Brocéliande forest, the Church of Paimpont, the medieval town of Dinan and its highly touristic banks of the Rance, Rennes 40 min away, the beaches of the Côte d'Émeraude - Lancieux, St Jacut de la Mer 65 km away and Saint-Malo 70 km away.

Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: large living room with fireplace (1st flambée offered) fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200 - slight 5 cm difference in level from the hallway), shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet, storeroom with washing machine.
