In the center of Evran, in a peaceful residential area, Bruno and Annick look forward to welcoming you to their detached house and helping you discover the Rance region. In just 1 km, you'll be on the banks of the Canal de la Rance for long walks or bike rides to Dinan, for example. 800 m further on, the Base de loisirs de Bétineuc awaits you for a moment of nature, water sports and relaxation (fancy a swim? there's a little sandy beach). Naturally, this beautiful Rance valley will take you further north, following in the footsteps of the malouinières, mills and small ports that line it, passing through Dinan (11 km) and ending at the dam, Dinard and St Malo (40 km). Are you following the Voie Verte n°2 cycle route? This accommodation has been listed as a dedicated reception with storage space for your bikes, since the end of 2019.

The entire 1st floor is dedicated to a Family Suite. From the entrance hall, an independent spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find: a closed bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200), another closed bedroom with a single bed (90x200), a sleeping area opening onto the relaxation area (TV with DVD player) with 2 single beds (2x80X200), a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Completely renovated and fitted with new bedding, you'll enjoy a comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast is served in the living room or on the terrace in fine weather. Discover our homemade jams (strawberry, apricot, rhubarb, raspberry...), organic honey and squeezed orange juice. Benches and deckchairs for relaxing moments in the garden. Parking on the street or on the property. Animal: small dog (because of stairs).
