Nestled in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose, overlooking Perros Guirec, discover Sylvie and Roland's gîte, perfect for a couple. Ideally located close to all amenities, forget the car and explore on foot: the sea, the beach, the GR34 footpath, the restaurants and stores of the town center, all within 500 meters. Take the stairs behind the house to Trestignel beach (500 m), or choose the beaches of Porz Ar Goret (1 km), Les Arcades (1.6 km) or Trestraou (3.3 km). If you've got your sea legs, take a cruise from the port to discover the 7 islands. Don't miss the other treasures of the region, such as the village of Ploumanac'h (6.6 km), the seaside resorts of Trégastel (8.6 km) and Trébeurden (13 km), and the town of Lannion (12 km). Magnificent walks in prospect!

Agréable séjour dans un très beau gîte. Belles randonnées très proches ,ainsi que le centre ville avec tous ses commerces. Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Tout était parfait.

JM Excellent gite for a couple
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. The area is rich in interesting and beautiful places to visit. We appreciated the high standard of the gite’s design, décor and equipment with everything in impeccable condition and the bonus of a sea view and a warm welcome from the owners. The area is very calm yet it is only a 10 minute walk to the town centre, or the beach or the port, so it is very well situated. On several days we didn’t use our car at all. Highly recommended!

Appartement magnifiquement agencé. Tout est bien pensé et très bien équipé en vaisselle ustensiles de cuisines. Très calme avec une agréable vue mer et a proximité du centre ville. Des propriétaires accueillant discrets et a l'écoute. Bref je recommande sans problème et y retournerais sans hésitation
